Lysaght voted No.1 in NZ for employee experience!

The Humankind Employee Experience Awards are the ultimate recognition for great employee experiences driven by innovative, employee-centred design. What makes these awards so unique is that the results come from surveys and interviews conducted with the staff (anonymously!) so the businesses that enter are really opening themselves up to some pretty serious scrutiny. We’re absolutely stoked to have taken out the 2019 National Humankind Employee Experience Award for a small workplace as it’s the ultimate endorsement for the workplace culture we’ve worked so hard to build. Are we really the best place to work in New Zealand? We’re far too humble to claim that but it appears like our staff are more than happy to put their collective hands up and say hell yes!
